Delivery Times and Costs

SHIPMENT

Shipments will be made by TNT/FEDEX courier.

Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours:
Monday – Friday from 8.00 to 18.00 except (public holidays recognized in Italy).
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier reporting the useful number for traceability and thus monitor the progress of the shipment.

Deliveries will be made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The courier will make a delivery attempt to the address indicated at the time of the order and in case of non-receipt of the package, follow the information issued by the same.

Gipsy Rose is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of the company itself.

TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs and times vary depending on the country of destination and may be subject to variations and/or offers.
In Italy, express shipping is free.
For other countries, the shipping cost may according to the destination country.

REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS

We hope you enjoyed your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for size change within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Except for customized products made on request, these cannot be returned.
